Pandemic is a cooperative board game where players work together to stop worldwide epidemics. In this game, players move around the world, wipe out local flareups of different viruses, and collect cards to discover cures. Players must work together in order to stop these plagues from taking over the world in this challenging game

I'm surprised that this game is getting as much love as it is. I only recently played it two months ago, and we lost horribly, but we definitely enjoyed the collaboration aspect of the game.
We won the first couple of games and then upped the difficulty. I don't think we've won since! I love the game, though, because it's a collaborative board game with a great narrative.
This game is simply amazing. It was the first time I felt I was playing WITH someone and not against, and I don't understand why there aren't many games like this one! I never liked to show off how much I am better than others to play something, or to make troubles to another player in order to win myself, even when I could I always felt stupid to damage one of my friends just for an afternoon victory..I simply can't do it! I want to be in the same team with my friends!
I think all games should be based on the concept of cooperation. If it was like that we could really have a different world!
